That’s where our Inside Desk comes in. We act as your internal buyer. Your knowledge base. The expert by your side. And like our core capital markets function, we only win if you win. Our incentives align with a performance based fee structure.

We designed Inside Desk with speed in mind. Our process is fast, efficient, and streamlined. We review your offers to help answer any question you might have. This prevents you from spending resources trying to find the answer yourself.
- Structure: We help structure the deal based on assets, sales data, existing financings, cash flow, profitability, industry, and owner credit score (no personal guarantees – personal credit is used for pricing).
- Price Shop: If you’ve looked at enough offers then you know it really comes down to price. If you’d like us to price shop as your Inside Desk, we are happy to do so – and we will only show you an offer if the pricing/terms beat what you currently have.
- Secure: No matter what path you choose – a deal you brought to us, or a deal we bring to you – we’re here to help yo secure the funds. This means reviewing and responding to every lender request that comes in, and corresponding with underwriters.
The Inside Desk is our traditional Capital Markets function, embedded into your operations. We run point on your commercial credit raise, regardless of where the offer came from (i.e. we may not have sourced it, but we review, structure, negotiate, and help close it either way).
As of now, the Inside Desk is only available to existing Capital Desk clients, and new clients with $3M+ or more in annual revenue located in the US. The deals under review must be commercial financings governed by the UCC-9. We do not offer Inside Desk services for non-commercial deals.
