Every business is built differently, so we finance them differently. Most clients start with Asset-Based Financing, our core solution, which turns receivables, inventory, and purchase orders into working capital. When those assets are already pledged to another lender – or the business runs asset-light – Sales-Based Financing unlocks capital against revenue instead. Explore both below to find your fit.

All solutions are designed to help accelerate cash flow revolving around short-term assets. Already working with a lender? We can often add a subordinated debt facility behind them or refinance the relationship entirely. Whatever your setup, we structure the best-fit option you qualify for.

There are also many other factors to consider. Even if you did qualify for asset based financing, you may not want to enter into a long-term partnership. In which case, using sales based financing as a “bridge” is probably a better solution, despite being more expensive. The objective of our first discovery call is to identify potential viable paths for the business.

They are alike in that they require less documentation and history than a bank would. Generally, most solutions we offer do not require a personal guarantee. But the use cases are very different.

Asset based solutions are generally more secured, and therefore cheaper. They also tend to “revolve” in your business since these solutions leverage short-term assets like A/R, POs, and inventory. Asset based solutions are rarely a one-time transaction. Instead, you set yourself up for a “facility” to “revolve” on as you grow – drawing on capital to fund inventory, vendors, and general working capital. Sales based financing can be structured for the long-term, but there are no obligations to maintain funding. You can simply secure capital once, pay it off, and be done with it.
