We offer an array of asset based lending (ABL) and financing solutions.

PO FinancingFund Large Customer Orders with Flexible PO Financing

Never turn down a massive revenue opportunity due to lack of production capital. Capital Desk pays your manufacturers and suppliers directly to produce and ship your goods, allowing you to fulfill large-scale purchase orders seamlessly.

Share Your Unexecuted, Pending Enterprise POs

Submit your valid, non-cancelable purchase orders from stable commercial buyers, along with an itemized manufacturing cost breakdown from your supplier. We evaluate the credit profile of your end customer and review your supplier’s execution track record to structure production funding.

Supplier Funding via Direct Wire for Goods

We issue a letter of credit or wire direct cash payments to your manufacturing partner to cover production, raw material procurement, and shipping costs. This direct-pay structure guarantees your supplier gets paid, allowing manufacturing to begin without draining your cash.

Seamless Fulfillment to Enable Transaction Flow

Your supplier ships the finished goods directly to your buyer, and you issue the final invoice. We work with our factoring department to clear the outstanding production balance upon delivery, distributing your net profit margin straight to your business bank account.4

faqEverything you need
to know about PO Financing

PO Financing is when you obtain capital to pay for your cost-of-goods-sold. It works hand in hand with an A/R Factoring facility. Upon delivery and issuance of an invoice, most clients factor the remaining, unpaid portion for more upfront capital.

We offer two types of PO financing – what we refer to as “hard” and “soft”. A hard PO is a purchase order you have in hand, which you need to execute on. A soft PO or soft PO financing is more for pending or reoccuring business: you don’t have a purchase order in hand, but you do have a customer who always purchases every quarter.  We can finance both under either asset based, or sales based, structures.

While a history is nice to have with smaller clients, it’s less important for Big Box Retail. For example, if you have a history with a large customer, like Target, and Walmart comes along – we’re comfortable financing that. If you’re a start-up and/or have no revenue history and/or are super concentrated in one customer name, we likely won’t be able to help much.

Enterprise level or middle market customers we can approve for credit, diversification of your customer base, and although not required, having a history with the existing or similar customers is incredibly helpful.
